Who I Am:
My name is Mike Kelleher, and I've had a life long passion for music. I am most certainly one of those people who feels that music is present positively everywhere. I hear music in the most ordinary sounds, and am constantly aware of music running through my head as a sort of "melodic stream of consciousness". I am fascinated my music's ability to create mood and trigger memory/emotion in a very real and visceral way. I pride myself in being able to relate emotion through music, and take the art of composing quite seriously.
If you're someone who is in need of music that's "just right" for your production, or if you're just someone who appreciates music that establishes mood/atmosphere/texture, then please visit my Music Page and sample some of my compositions. All of the music is available for licensing, and I am also open to creating custom pieces/scores for any application. I am very flexible with regard to time frame and compensation, and am happy to work with people/organizations that are "just starting out".
I'm also a very proud father of a beautiful daughter. I'm finding fatherhood to be an unbelieveably satisfying part of life and an obviously endless source of inspiration. I try to approach every day as a blessing and an opportunity to improve the world as much as I can, and I genuinely enjoy being able to make people happy. I find music to be an almost magical component to life, and am continually amazed at its ability to transcend time, culture, and circumstance. I make every effort to bring my passion for music forth when composing, and feel very proud when I've been able to successfully convey emotion with my music.
